Bilstein Product Shipping
We ship from our Richmond, British Columbia warehouse. Once a product has left our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via Email from the carrier chosen by Essex Distributors (Fedex or Canada Post) If any product arrives damaged please contact Essex with tracking number , order number and pictures of the damage via email.
Due to the geographic realities of operating in Canada, we have to charge for shipping. The only way we can be profitable on these orders is to pass on some of the shipping cost to the customer. Additional shipping charges may also apply on very heavy products. Once again, this fee is imposed on us by the courier. In either case, a sales representative will contact you if extra shipping is required.

Bilstein Product Returns
Only pre-authorized returns will be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of freight for their return shipping plus the initial cost of shipping the shocks to them. No returns after 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If you have a return item contact your salesperson for a “Return Authorization” number. All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge. Incorrect items will be replaced as soon as possible. Notify us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns must be in the original packaging and in new, re-saleable condition. All return items must be sent back via customer’s expense, excluding incorrect items in which case we will send a “call tag” to pick up these items. Special order items are non-returnable. All special orders can not be cancelled (check with your sales person) any parts featured in our advertisements, catalogs, brochures or web site and are not normally carried in our stocking inventory will constitute this item to be a special order.
Test fit all parts. ESSEX DISTRIBUTORS is not liable for any mis-shipped items nor will we reimburse for any incurred labor charges from these incidences. Once parts are installed they are non-returnable. Please notify us if you have received any wrong items, we will work to correct the parts as soon as possible.
